Pics Removed For Legal Reasons
Arsenal’s new away kit is already on eBay! Just days ago, speculation was rife that Arsenal’s new home kit would look something like this. The Gunners eventually confirmed their new design for the 08-09 season with some fans even threatening to boycott the so-called ‘untraditional’ look.
A Nike employee has already put the Golden Arsenal away kit up for sale on eBay with bids as low as £30; not a bad price for a jersey that hasn’t even be released yet.

the bottom left picture is definitely a photoshop job. Look at the edges of the words…
If one of the photos is fake, I’m gonna be suspicious about all of them…

BBL, I just looked at my Arsenal shirt and the bit that you said was fake looks exactly the same on our current home kit, I think it’s to protect the writing..

Ywan blah blah blah. It doesn’t procve shit to be honest. It’s probably a fake being on Ebay. That being said it doesn’t mean that this is not the actual design of the away shirt. Man people bang on and on about yellow being our “proper” away strip colour, they release a yellow one and people cry like little babies about it. Get over it you sad fucking wankers! Nike have designed it, but Arsenal commissioned it, people who reckomn Nike are ruining the tradition are idiots. It obviosuly gets passed by somebody at the club, if they made a pink gaylord shirt do you think Arsenal; would just ok it?! No they wouldn’t. Just buy it and watch our boys win!

Well, Inter had pink away shirts. It was the same as our blue 02/03 shirt. Then again, I suppose those Italians are more “style conscious” than us haha

I don’t know what you’re all moaning about. It’s the nicest away shirt we’ve had for years. And it’s better than the home one just released. Last season’s away shirts were rubbish.
It’s clearly our next away shirt as it’s the same as the pics leaked a few months ago. It’s not fake. It’d bet my mortgage on that.

I dont like it. It looks more like a training top. I dont really like our kits. They are not ’sexy’ enough imo. We need to start following Man Utd’s example and create those kind of designs. I think their current home kit is amazing, all they need to do is remove the Man Utd badge!

Horrible. Looks like a Blackpool kit. YELLOW YELLOW! For christ sake. Whoever said ManUre’s kit’s were nice is right. Nice fit and nice texture. Home kit is also a joke. I’m not buying any of them. And I’ve had every home and away kit for 18 years. More ways for Arsenal to rake in the money from us and spend nothing on securing some success.

The new home kit looks really good. It’s a cross between the ones we had from 98 to 2002, only it’s dark red separating the white from the red, not blue as it was back then.
As for this one, hmm, I’m undecided. The shirt in the photos is definately NOT a fake. As someone who looks on Ebay for cheap football shirts quite a lot, and as someone who has bought a couple in his less experienced days, I know a fake when I see one, and this isn’t a fake. The writing in the bottom left photo isn’t photoshopped – As someone pointed out, the stuff around the writing is a sort of protective seal so the print doesn’t wash off. Look at any Nike product next time you see one and you will see what I mean.
I don’t like the red stripe down the sleeve personally. It looks a bit cheap, like someone just pinned a bit of ribbon to it because it looked boring. However, I’m reserving judgement for when I see the shorts and socks too, and also for when I see the boys running around in them. Always brings them to life when you see the ball hit the back of the net.
And seriously, the new home kit is class.

I hate both Home and away kits … yet every year i just grow to love them! I hated Arsenals white away kit last season, and the weird striped thrid kit … yet i still got them both, and still wear them both! Love EM!
